Yes, for children there is a minimum age of 3 years old
While reservations are not required, we highly recommend making one for you and your group. This allows for us to be able to schedule transfers to and from the site as well as the onsite tours efficiently! We recommend that you book at least two weeks before the date of your trip.

All bookings require a 20% deposit to confirm your spot. The balance of your booking can be paid at the site.
We do understand that sometimes things don’t go our way and plans change.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled date, bookings are non-refundable however outside of this period, we are flexible with amendments and cancellations.
Activity Information
Yes, we have a maximum weight limit of 250kgs
If you are only going for a swim at the riverside, everyone can partake. However, for your safety and the safety of the other participants, we ask that everyone participating in the Zipline and/or Orchid Falls activity be able to walk 10-15 minutes uphill over uneven ground unassisted.
In order to take advantage of everything we have to offer, please bring with you waterproof shoes, a towel, sunscreen bug repellent and your sense of adventure!
Travel time to and from the site takes approximately 2 hour (1 hour each way) and the activity is around 4 hours
In your complete $199 package, a deli luncheon sandwich, soft drink and fruits are included, however outside of this there are fresh woodfire pizzas, ice-cream, water and soft drinks available to purchase.
